Here is how it works:

  • Choose a wave time REGISTER ONLINE HERE
    • Waves launch every 3 minutes with groups up to 10.
    • Waves times:
      • 7am-9:15am
    • IF YOU WANT TO RUN MORE THAN ONE WAVE, just choose the wave bundle you want, then choose your wave times to run on the registration page and it will charge you accordingly. Beer tickets are good for the entire week @ Odd Fellows in Nashua.
  • Train!
  • Pick up your race packet at Fleet Feet of Nashua on Friday to avoid crowds
  • Pick your race packet on race morning at Train 180 CrossFit 20 minutes before your wave start.
    • Grab your courtesy bracelet if you want one. This just lets people know that you would like a little extra space. We all want to race but some of us need to be more careful than others. Grab one of these and people should grant you the courtesy of giving you some extra space.
  • Line up in the holding corral.
  • Move into the start corral when your wave is announced.
  • RACE!
  • Grab your award when you are done (if you ran 3 or more waves)
  • Take your bib to Odd Fellows sometime within the 7 days after the race for your free beer(s).

The race starts on the paved parking lot with a quick downhill to get to the trail. Packed dirt greets you as you enter the wide trail. If you are running a later wave, you will see runners coming back at you. Give them a verbal high 5! There is plenty of space to keep a safe distance and to pass if needed. Take a left and cross a beautiful bridge. Use the small downhill on the bridge to launch you into mile 1. You are now on pavement. Cruise some small rollers and enjoy the atmosphere. At @ 1.5 miles, you will see our aid station. We encourage you to bring your own water, but we will have this out there for you. We have the luxury of plenty of space to space out our tables so grab something if you need it. Cross another bridge to another packed dirt trail and speed towards mile 2. Take a right onto the trail and rev up to the finish.
A mostly flat trail with packed dirt and pavement means street racers with some traction will work nicely for sneakers. This is also a great course for maintaining pace and working those fast twitch. It is wide enough for runner strollers too!
